Welcome to Mw3di, a booking platform based in Kuwait. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided through our mobile application or website (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform for booking services.

- "Bookings" refers to any reservations made via the Platform for services offered by the Service Providers.

5. Services and Availability
The Platform allows Users to make bookings for various services offered by third-party Service Providers. The availability of services depends on the Service Provider’s offerings and schedules. We do not guarantee the availability or suitability of any particular Service Provider.
6. Booking Process
- Making a Booking: You may browse the services available on the Platform, select the service you wish to book, and confirm the reservation details.
- Payment: Payments for bookings are made through the Platform using the available payment methods. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your booking. You may require to pay a sum of 10 KD to book for a service and pay the remaining sum at the service provider after the completion of the service
- Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation via sms or notification within the app. The confirmation includes details of the service and booking.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Policy:All booking cancellations must be made directly through the service provider. Our platform does not process cancellations, and we are not responsible for any cancellation requests, fees, or policies set by the service providers
- Modifications: Changes to a booking (e.g., date/time) can be made subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
8. Payment and Fees
- All payments must be made through the Platform using the payment methods provided.
- We reserve the right to charge a service fee, which will be clearly stated before the final confirmation of the booking.
9. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the Platform.
- Harass or discriminate against any other User or Service Provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We do not assume liability for any issues that may arise during or after the provision of services by a Service Provider. You acknowledge that the Service Providers are independent contractors, and we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or quality of service.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
